Sports club in the Berlin Cycling Association in Berlin.

§ 2 Purpose, tasks and principles of the activity

1. The association pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of the section "tax-privileged purposes" of the tax code, namely by practicing sports.
   The purpose is realized in particular by:

   • a) the promotion of sporting exercises and achievements in the sport of cycling.

   • b) the promotion of children and women's cycling.

   • c) Members are entitled to participate in regular training and competitions;

   • d) the implementation of a performance-oriented training operation;

   • e) Participation in sports-specific and general sports and club events;

   • f) the implementation of general youth events and measures;

   • g) Training and further education as well as the use of exercise managers, trainers and helpers;

   • h) Participation in cooperations, sports and gaming communities;

   • i) Measures and events to maintain and promote physical, mental and spiritual well-being;

   • j) the construction, maintenance and repair of the real estate, equipment and other objects used by the association belonging to or leased by the association.

2. The association is selflessly active; it does not primarily pursue its own economic purposes.

3. Funds of the association may only be used for statutory purposes. In their capacity as a member, the members do not receive any benefits from the funds of the association.

4. The organs of the association carry out their activities on a voluntary basis.

5. The association grants equal rights to members of all nationalities and population groups and represents the principle of party-political, religious and ideological tolerance and neutrality

6. The association condemns any form of violence, regardless of whether it is physical, mental or sexualised.

7. No person may benefit from expenses that are alien to the purpose of the corporation or from disproportionately high remuneration.
